Your Privacy

Your profile, wardrobe, and preferences are stored privately on your own device, not on our servers. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information, and you may export or delete your data at any time from your profile.

When you request a Concierge or Wardrobe Review, you can choose to share your wardrobe with your curator. If you do, a written list of your pieces (names, brands, colours, prices, how often worn) and your style preferences (style, fit, palette, budget) are sent with the request and kept on our servers so your curator can review them and reply. Photos and personal details from your account are never included. Your curator may use the House's curation provider to help prepare the review. If you turn on "Let my curator see my wardrobe" in your profile, that same list is kept up to date on our servers while it is on, together with the contact you last left for a reply, and it is deleted as soon as you turn it off. You can also ask us to delete a shared wardrobe at any time.

When a member's Reading opens (on joining Cur8, or when a member of The Wardrobe applies), we keep the name and email from the membership with it, so the House can reach out.

What We Share, and With Whom

Two things worth knowing: when you use the styling tools, the details you enter are sent securely to the House's curation provider to generate your recommendations; and if you join the newsletter or send an enquiry, your email is handled by our form and email providers so we can reply. We keep what's collected to the minimum needed to run the service.

If you use the optional voice buttons on the styling fields, your speech is transcribed by your own web browser's speech-recognition service (on most browsers this means the audio is processed by the browser maker). We never record or store the audio; only the text you choose to submit reaches us. Type instead if you'd rather not use it.
