Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Your membership then stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, after which it will not renew.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our reseller and Merchant of Record, who handle payment, checkout, and VAT/sales tax on our behalf. In line with Paddle's Buyer Terms, you may request a full refund within 14 days of a charge — your initial membership payment or any renewal — no reason required. Contact us and we'll process it promptly, or use Paddle's order support.

Outside that 14-day window, refunds for the unused part of a billing period are considered case-by-case, or as required by law.

Founding Rates

If a founding rate lapses through cancellation, re-joining is at the standard rate.

Billing

Memberships are billed as described at sign-up, via Paddle. For the full billing terms, see our Terms of Service.
